So, how do we build resilient communities that do not collapse under external pressure or internalized patterns from the world we want to overcome? How do we leave meritocracy, the pursuit of profit, patriarchy, and big egos behind, even in the smallest spaces? How do we build a world where solidarity and a good life for everyone matter more than being on the "right side"?

We will expand on the discussion from our previous evening with Tesla den Hahn abdrehen, Solisur and the cloudforest. In this workshop, Cenaida Guachagmira from the cloud forest in northern Ecuador will teach us how she has successfully defied the giants of global capitalism for 30 years as part of a resilient and remarkably diverse community. She will show us how to operate effectively within the larger whole without burning ourselves out or losing ourselves. We will draw inspiration from the cycles and interdependencies of nature.

Journalist and author Elisabeth Weydt, a long-time friend of Cenaida's and occasional companion to the cloud forest community, will share her perspective on constructive storytelling.

This event is for anyone who wants to work on a real utopia and/or is already active in communities. The specific topic doesn't matter because we need all topics and fields to build a truly solidary world.

The number of participants is limited. The workshop will be held in Spanish with German translation.
