We are living in dystopian times. The planet is facing ecological collapse, while those in power become increasingly authoritarian, drive wars of annihilation, and siphon off wealth—in Germany and across the world.
But resistance is also stirring. People are rising up, coming together, and creating something new. The Intag Valley in the cloud forests of Ecuador is leading the way with a particularly impressive example: for 30 years, they have successfully protected one of the most biodiverse places on earth against the giants of global capitalism. Against mining corporations and the illusion of green growth. For the recognition of our mutual interconnectedness.
The cloud forest becomes our teacher. Berlin the ground for real utopias. Through conversations, art, and workshops. With guests from Ecuador and the local neighborhoods.
