We warmly invite practitioners, educators, and care workers from the fields of health and education to join us for two unique workshops exploring embodied care, sensory knowledge, and Caribbean plant medicine. These 1.5-hour immersive sessions, guided by visual artist Guy Gabon, offer an intimate encounter with the medicinal garden JADEN ATOUMO – a living archive of ancestral knowledge passed down by women across generations.
Each session includes:
From Plant to Herbal Tea – Learn the healing properties of five iconic plants (Atoumo, Trois Tasses, Lemongrass, Ginger, Turmeric) and prepare your own personalized herbal blend.
Olfactory Journey & Foot Massage – Engage your senses through essential oils and a grounding self-massage ritual with coconut oil.
Botanical Watercolour Mandala – Express your intuitive response through natural inks made from Caribbean plants.
The workshops are facilitated by:
Guy Gabon – Visual artist & eco-designer
We particularly welcome participants who are also interested in sharing knowledge from their own practices and communities. These workshops are conceived as spaces for reciprocal exchange – moments to listen, learn, and contribute to a growing conversation around healing, care, and the body.
Languages: French with whispered English translation
Group size: Limited to 10 participants per workshop
The event is fully booked.
