Ausgehend von der Publikation , herausgegeben von der Spore Initiative, arbeiten wir mit und der Künstlerin zum Thema “Zuhause, Natur und Gebäude”.
Together with We-Building e.V. and the artist Sofia Burchardi we want to explore the themes of home, nature and houses. This project is based on the publication Eine Bilderbuchreise (A Picture Book Journey), which was published by the Spore Initiative.
What is a 'home'? The idea of a ‘home’ carries different meanings for different people. In this workshop, children will utilize all their senses to explore what makes spaces feel cozy and familiar. They will delve into an array of materials, immerse themselves in a story from the Chinese children's book Damals im Sommer (Back Then in Summer), and reflect on what they require to feel safe and secure. At the end, they will work in groups to design a model home – a place where everyone can feel comfortable.
The workshop is being held in collaboration with We-Building e.V., the artist Sofia Burchardi, and the Amtsfeld School in Köpenick.
