This Workshop is part of the Reimagining Ecological Landscapes - series.
In this workshop, participants are invited to engage with the tactile and transformative qualities of clay through the collective creation of a mural. Drawing from artistic and ecological references related to the soil, we will shape a shared piece inspired by these reflections.

Together, we will work with different types of clay, liquid clay (slip), natural pigments, and ashes for glazes, observing their textures, colors, and consistencies. We will also discuss different firing methods and look at examples of how these materials transform through heat. The finished mural will later be fired and installed at Solawi Lawine in Brandenburg.
