Based on the publication Eine Bilderbuchreise, published by Spore Initiative, we’ll be discussing how we approach the subjects “migration” and “belonging”. This session will be dedicated to the book Migrantes (Migrants) by Issa Watanabe, published by Libros del Zorro Rojo in Spanish and Hanser Verlag in German. We will explore the stimulating character of the picture book, communicating without using language, and develop our own approaches and possibilities for dialogue and practical engagement with children and young people.
