An open exchange on the topics of "care for living soil" and on "symbioses and plant communities" starting from perspectives from the global south and the Berlin-Brandenburg bio-region.

The themes of the meeting emerged from our collaboration with the Colectivo Suumil Móokt'aan. The collective is building a practical learning space for the conservation and dissemination of indigenous and agroecological knowledge. Julia Bar-Tal (Arbeitsgemeinschaft bäuerliche Landwirtschaft) and Svenja Nette (wir stehen drauf) will complement the exchange with the perspective of regenerative agriculture in Brandenburg. Michael Lylow has been building up the Spore garden over the last few months and gives an insight into the structure of the soil and the plant communities that grow here. Within the workshop we want to bring together different agricultural, artistic, research and educational perspectives and create a space of mutual learning.
