How do we choose books for our work with children and young people? Which preconceptions and attributions shape our perception? Which views are mainly represented? And which are not represented at all?
We will explore these and other questions together. In this two-hour workshop, special book projects, books without text, international publishers as well as German independent projects will be presented. In a group exchange we want to analyze contemporary picture books in terms of diversity, transculturality and their connection to the natural environment.
