One of the main features of the event will be the presentation of the book "Medicinal Plants of San Miguel de Marankiari", a work created by artist Ana Cecilia Carrasco in collaboration with the local community, which documents the use of medicinal plants. This presentation will serve as a starting point for a broader discussion on the documentation of ancestral knowledge, the current state of forests in different parts of the world, and how this knowledge can inspire new ways of living in harmony with nature.
