Information on the rights of the data subject under the GDPR
Data subjects have the right to request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed; if this is the case, they have a right of access (Art. 15).


Data subjects have the right to obtain from the controller rectification and completion of their personal data (Art. 16).


Data subjects have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning them where one of the grounds listed in Art. 17 applies.


Data subjects have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 applies, e.g. temporarily if the data subject has objected to processing.


Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them (Art. 21).


Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of personal data relating to them infringes the GDPR (Art. 77).
